Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information the NATIV AI website collects, what it is used for, who it is shared with, and what rights you have. It follows the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 1981 and Amendment 13 to that law, and the spirit of the GDPR for visitors from the European Union.
What information is collected
The site requires no registration and maintains no user accounts. Information is collected through two routes only:
- Information you provide yourself — through the contact form or a conversation with the chat agent: name, email address, phone number, business name, and a description of your need.
- Technical information collected automatically — only after you consent to analytics cookies: browser type, device type, pages viewed and time on page. This information is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
What the information is used for
- Responding to your enquiry and preparing a professional proposal.
- Improving the structure and content of the site, based on aggregate data.
- Meeting legal obligations, where they apply.
Information is not sold, rented, or passed to third parties for marketing purposes.
Cookies
On your first visit you will be asked to make a cookie decision. Until explicit consent is given, no analytics cookies, marketing pixels or chat agent are loaded. Necessary cookies — such as remembering your language and accessibility preferences — always operate, because the site cannot function without them. You can change your choice at any time through the Cookie preferences link at the bottom of every page.
Service providers
To run the site and handle enquiries I rely on external service providers, each of which receives only the information required for its role:
- Hosting and content delivery network (CDN) provider — to host and serve the site.
- Automation platform (n8n) — to route enquiries from the contact form and the chat to me.
- Bot protection service — to verify that a form was submitted by a person.
How long information is kept
Enquiry details are kept for as long as they are needed to handle the enquiry and manage the business relationship, after which they are deleted or anonymised. Aggregate analytics data is retained for a limited period and cannot be linked back to you.
Your rights
You have the right to review the information collected about you, to request its correction, to request its deletion, and to withdraw consent you have given. To exercise these rights, contact me at the address below. I will respond within a reasonable time.
Information security
The site is served over encrypted traffic (HTTPS) only. Forms are validated and sanitised on both the client and the server, and are protected by rate limiting and bot verification. Access keys and secrets are stored server-side only and are never exposed in browser code.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated. If the way cookies are used changes materially, you will be asked for consent again.
